About Me

Still Standing
I have experienced some low down -ish in my life. I have had friends who have turned on me, people who lied to me, people who lied on me, people who have been cruel to me, and people who have tried to destroy me. Yet, I'm still standing and striking my wonder woman pose. I have had to do my own soul work to get to the point where I can teach this to you. Completing the soul work was the key that unlocked my treasure chest. All the good, wonderful, and perfect gifts are inside of this treasure chest. Before The Ugly Cry Breakthrough, I was living in a real, live Groundhog Day Movie starring me and not Bill Murray.
This is how my Groundhog Day Movie looked: went to work, came home, cooked a meal, paid some bills, went to bed. Repeat. During this time, I gained weight and my hair wouldn't grow. I had no sense of direction or purpose. I was beaucoup frustrated because I knew I was built to go 100 mph but felt stuck in a 5 mph zone.
